About Me
In a world full of answers, I trade in the power of the right question.

My Story
I close billion-dollar deals before breakfast and launch AI startups while my coffee cools. I’ve led global transformations at Accenture, GE, and Macquarie — which is a fancy way of saying I walk into chaos, grab a whiteboard marker, and leave behind a well-oiled machine that runs smoother than my Labradoodle’s coat.
I co-founded an award-winning AI platform before most execs could spell “generative.” It gives real-time feedback on communication — because I got tired of emails that felt like crime scenes. So I built a fix. You’re welcome.
I’ve designed shared service models across HR, finance, supply chain, and L&D — often while gently informing C-suite leaders that their 14-tab Excel monster is not a system. My Six Sigma belt is so black it intimidates PowerPoint. I've led 200-person teams, driven $300M in value, and reengineered onboarding because mediocrity gives me hives.
But I’m not just here for the KPIs. I’m fascinated by how macro forces shape micro lives — how geopolitics, culture, policy, business, and technology are tangled up with the very real question of how people live, work, and thrive. The system matters. But so does the soul.
We’re living in a time where the answers are all out there — but the real magic? Asking the right questions. The ones that cut through noise, connect the dots, and shake things up just enough to make real change stick.
